Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently have the full suite. It helps to streamline processes and makes viewing/changing information easier for the employees.

Pros

  • The app is easy to use and helpful
  • Payroll Process is straightforward
  • Time Off Calendar is easy to access

Cons

  • Peak articles are not user friendly, very confusing
  • More support during implementation
  • We don't have the ability to see everything that can affect a change.
  • The time-off request process is much easier than before
  • Timekeeping for our Non-Exempt Salaried employees is much easier for both the employees and for recordkeeping.
  • The MN Esst Set-Up process has been awful for us and could have potentially cost the company several thousand dollars each payroll and it made us not be compliant.
Currently not well. The PTO that is brought over from T&L is incorrect and has not been resolved after several times reaching out.
We are currently not using those features but plan to add them in the future.
Paylocity is similar in features to UKG. I think UKG's reporting features are better but I think Paylocity's Payroll process is much better. Cost is much better with Paylocity as well.

Well suited- less complex set-ups and Payrolls
