Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, employee performance, HSA, Surveys, Learning, Flie transfers, & Cobra I use it daily

Pros

  • Self service Portal I user friendly
  • Open enrollment is easy
  • Like having dedicated contacts ti assist with resolving problems

Cons

  • Reporting, it has gotten better but has room for improvement
  • Would be nice if companies could customize certain fields such as making them Mandatory.
  • Community needs more flexibility for admins
  • Need to better trace changes in employee record. such as address, should be able to see previous without running an audit
  • Reduced errors
  • Less work
makes happier employees
very Compatible but both of the other companies can accommodate European & Asian Countries. Their modules also talk to each other. and their systems track arrearages for benefit deductions missed while out on LOA and tracks it on the employee record.

We are happy with the product and the service provided has been good, Jay Brady is great to work with helps when we need it and escalates any urgent issues to get resolved in a timely manner. He is great!
