Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it for time keeping, payroll, HR on-boarding, digital copies of HR documents, training, performance reviews, and surveys

The simplicity of payroll processing and time tracking has increased time available to focus on other objectives and reduce, or even eliminate, manual errors.
We have used Surveys for employee satisfaction surveys and had a response rate of 98%. Significantly higher than what was experienced using an outside vendor (approximately 78%). Additionally, the self-service portal is an excellent tool for engaging employees and providing them with access to critical information.
Paylocity is so easy to use and saves a serious amount of time.
Paylocity was the best value, most user friendly, and most robust modules.

Customer service is wonderful. Payroll tax filings are excellent and overall payroll processing, and HR management is very simple.
