The simplicity of payroll processing and time tracking has increased time available to focus on other objectives and reduce, or even eliminate, manual errors.
We have used Surveys for employee satisfaction surveys and had a response rate of 98%. Significantly higher than what was experienced using an outside vendor (approximately 78%). Additionally, the self-service portal is an excellent tool for engaging employees and providing them with access to critical information.
