Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I am the administrator of Paylocity for the company. The platform is used for onboarding, benefit balances, time and attendance, and payroll. I use the platform daily for time clocks as well as personal information and benefit balances. I assist others with using the platform and any issues that may arise.

My job is so much easier with the use of Paylocity. Throughout the years it has just gotten better and easier to use. The new payroll run is much easier to use. I can complete payroll quciker and all my reports are ready for use.
We use these features minimally but did try the surveys feature but ended up not using it. We have been using the peer recognition which automatically wishing employees happy birthday and happy anniversary. I love this feature.
Paylocity seems to have a very comparable system to others I have evaluated. I like the personalized customer service that I receive when needed. I also like the ease of use and the many choices of timeclock availability. We are able to use tablets for the timeclock which cuts down on costs overall.

No we have not purchased premium support, simply because it is not needed. The customer service line is easy to call and get assistance right away.
The payroll process changed. I was repeatedly reminded everytime I logged in that the payroll was changing and I ignored it. I was happy with the current way and didnt want to learn the new way. When it was time to switch, I then had no idea how to complete payroll. When I called in for assistance, the representative walked me through the entire process easily and nicely. Thank you.
