Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize Paylocity and Airbase. Paylocity has been an excellent tool for our full suite of HCM needs. We've really appreciated the upgrades to the platform as well as the responsiveness of the support team. Our Account Manager has been so pivotal in how we leverage the software and how our team has adopted it.

We have been able to streamline processes as well as leverage our lean time. We have implemented some of the same agile methodologies and built integrations into Paylocity to accelerate the use of the data we received. Being able to measure our efforts has been key in conversations with our Board of Directors.
The employee engagement tools such as surveys have been invaluable in our work. To hear the pulse of the team in an efficient and effective way has allowed us to implement changes based on their feedback. Our team is accustomed to providing their input this way and look to leveraging Paylocity to do this.
Paylocity was the best choice for us at the time, mainly because we didn't need all of the functionality that the others offered. Those additional functions were a significant difference in cost for the outcomes we needed at the time. Paylocity was right-sized and right price for what we were looking for
