Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for payroll and human resources services. The system is very user friendly and has a lot of features. When I do have a problem, I call customer service, and it takes them several minutes to answer my call. I rarely am connected directly to my account manager, and the account managers changes quite frequently. However, when the customer service representative answers my call, my problem is resolved.

  • I would like to be able to sort staff from the home screen that was taken away several years ago and never brought back.
  • I would like to edit some of the features on the deduction screens

  • Errors have been reduced by 90% due to the system processes
  • Our workforce retention has improved based on effective and efficiency of the workflow
  • We have reduced cost on recruiting with the recruitment software, so we do not have to post on individual sites
Paylocity's automation has affected our business in a very positive way. Through several automations I have been able to focus on hiring very qualified attorneys and staff. The automation tools work perfect for our payroll system, and we do not have to update a lot of manual entries, payroll runs very effective. The onboarding process is very quick and easy, and I do not have a lot of extra processes to get an employee hired.
The employee engagement tools let us recognize those individuals who gone above and beyond what is required of them. We do not use this tool as much as we should because it would give us the opportunity to recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and employees who have done exceptionally well in their work responsibilities. This would hopefully encourage other to do the same so they can get recognized.
I love Paylocity. As I have stated before I love the user friendliness of the system. I have used more than four different payroll systems during my career, and I have found Paylocity to be the most user friendly of all the systems I have used. I was able to catch on within two days of my training. The system has a lot of features I use on a daily basis and over the years I have not had a desire to change systems.
Paylocity is a much easier system to work with. They have excellent customer service with direct communication with their team. Paylocity can handle Human Resources without any problems, Payroll without any problems and deductions without any problems. The time and labor system is much better and any other system I have used in the past as well. Paylocity is number one for small to medium size businesses.

Paylocity is a very user-friendly system. It is very easy to learn and use. They offer features like Time and Labor, Payroll, integrations with other software and Human Resources benefits. They have an excellent onboarding process and feature recruitment right at your fingertips, so you do not have to go on so many job boards. I like their self-service portal because it allows our staff independence on clocking in and out as well as requesting paid time off and our staff can make their own corrections when they miss a punch on their time sheet or forget to clock in and out for lunch or during the day.
