Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore was being used to organize project documents such as subcontract agreements, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
- Connects subs and vendors in real time with the project activity.
- It's somewhat hard to upload past project info if you have started Procore in the middle of a project.
Since we only used part of the functions of Procore, I'm not qualified to answer this question. I believe it would have been good. I currently use QuickBooks. The upside to Procore is that it connects the project side with the accounting side. We only used the project side.
For the most part, the majority of our subs and vendors were not connected to Procore and didn't really want to be. So we had to manually input their info into Procore making our job a bit harder (since they would not do it). We found that it was just easier to use Procore with the few others that used it and go back to our old ways for all the others.
- It actually took us more time.
- It had very little impact on our business.
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
It didn't in our case, that is why we are no longer using it.

I personally cannot - another co-worker was the lead on the Procore software. The experiences I had with procore - training - were great.
