The platform helps us in registering our transactions from all offices in various countries.

Our operation involves having five offices throughout the country, as well as one more abroad. From which we provide services to our clients. By implementing this platform we can have all our information in one place.

Pros and Cons

Be completely a cloud-based program.
You have everything you need in a single platform, including specific requirements.
It is fully personalized and complies with Mexican legislation.

The training regarding the use of the platform is very complete, including its certifications. However, it would improve having greater availability of content in the Spanish language.
Also including an offline MacOS version would be a great improvement.
Development support with engineers in Spanish language.

Return on Investment

The training of new personnel is extensive but valuable in the medium term.
This platform requires that people be trained with it prior to its use.
In Mexico it is not yet one of the big players in the market, so it is not frequent to hire people with prior knowledge. This is a factor to consider.

Alternatives Considered

Xero

It is a platform that we consider to be mid-range. Where we are below cost and functionality relative to the more robust players like a SAP Business One, but still powerful enough for a medium or large size operation.

In addition to being one of the few global solutions that meets the requirements of Mexican legislation.

Usability

In general, its intuitive usability results, however this results from an adequate initial configuration. This leaves the average user out of the big decisions of use and limits his action to only what corresponds to him. Which is great as it helps us avoid inadvertent mistakes.

It also has a good interaction with different browsers, including Safari.

Support Rating

Personally, I have not had much interaction with the support team of the platform, what I have heard from my team is their kindness and promptness in answering questions and requests regarding doubts and needs.

Additionally, it has a large knowledge base that I consult frequently for doubts in daily use.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is appropriate for our needs of several people simultaneously and also in compliance with the specific rules of Mexican legislation. We also take advantage of automated information logging of supplier systems imports.

Where it is least appropriate to our consideration is for companies with large inventory complexity or imports and exports.

The ideal solution if you are a company with clear needs and complies with Mexican legislation.
