Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is an integral part of our business. We run all invoices, recurring revenue, and e-commerce transactions. We bill clients for services with a variety of billing terms (monthly, quarterly, annually) and having QuickBooks Online keeps us on track for all billing, organized, and makes month-end reconciliation easy for my bookkeeper.

Cons

  • Menus can be confusing
  • Buttons sometimes move during upgrades
  • QuickBooks Online keeps our receivables under control
  • Easy to see where clients are in the billing process and send reminders
  • We would be lost without QuickBooks Online!
We looked at a variety of options for managing our billing/clients. QuickBooks Online offered all the features we needed and versatility we wanted. My accounting firm was happy with our choice--they have to do the reports/taxes, so it was important that we selected a system they were happy with.

QuickBooks Online's overall usability is fairly good; if you have familiarity with accounting software, this is a very easy system to learn. There are tons of online tutorials for complex accounting needs.
QuickBooks Online's overall support is easy to work with. The service team is awesome, always eager to find a solution and help you through any issues.
QuickBooks Online is well suited for any business with multiple clients and billing. Quickbooks desktop is better if you are tracking physical goods/inventory. We manage 500+ clients' billing with ease; you will find QuickBooks Online an awesome solution to managing your billing.
