Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QBO is used due to the cost for a small non profit. Basic reports work well. More advanced reports need additional resources. It depends on the boards desires. Basic procedures for basic needs.

  • Bank feeds

Cons

  • Reporting more advance
  • Adding dimensions
  • Match entries in the bank feed
  • Ability to get basic reports
  • Unable to adjust reports by fund balances
For those used to desktop the set up has taken lots of training. The reporting of details is hard to follow the same way. Unable to customized in the same way.
Reporting is more diverse and ability to add multiple dimensions
