Newbie looking forward to Raiser's Edge NXT

Our organization purchased Raiser's Edge NXT over a year ago but it has not yet become fully available in Canada, so we have not actively used the program yet. I have attended training sessions and am preparing for our transition when the program becomes available to us. Our fundraising and development team will be using Raiser's Edge NXT and it will allow our fundraisers to have much more efficient access to the data they need, when and where they need it.

Our organization currently subscribes to a slate of Blackbaud products which allow us to have similar functionality across multiple platforms. It also ensures out data is connected and consistent.

Our organization is very new to using Raiser's Edge NXT but the primary goal is to create work centers for every member of the fundraising team to ensure they have quick and easy access to their to do lists on a daily basis. Before migrating, we ensured all actions were up to date and outdated actions were either removed or marked completed to be able to start with a clean slate.

We will continue to investigate the configuration and customization options as Raiser's Edge NXT continues to evolve. Following the roadmap webinar meetings is the best way to stay up-to-date on the new updates coming down the road.
