Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

At Honest Digital, we use Rippling as our entire HR source for everything from onboarding to insurance. It's simple to use and has a convenient app. The UI is very user-friendly and I feel like it's easy to find everything I need. I also appreciate that the app sends out emails every time there's an important task that needs to be addressed.

Great UI and awesome app.
Rippling is great to use for small companies or startups that don't yet have an HR department. It's also great for remote work environments where you are not able to see your coworkers every day or have face-to-face meetings with HR people. It's straightforward and easy to understand.
