Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across our entire organization. We have bundled all accounts into it: health insurance, 401K, life insurance, CRM integration, zoom etc. So this helps keep everyone organized and on the same page with one another. The single sign-on is great because I am always one to forget passwords but now all I need to remember is one!

  • Unsure of how much we paid to use Rippling, but I do know we are paying far less for health insurance with better policies
  • Being able to have each employee in the same place for mandatory trainings is easier to keep track of.
  • Always super simple to find my 401k contribution and change when needed
I haven't reached out to the support team with Rippling personally, but I know our HR worked very closely with them for weeks, maybe even months, before we came on board to make sure that they could take care of everything that we would need. She had nothing but positive things to say about them and their product.

There are some quirks. I have noticed longer loading times for the apps that are connected to Rippling but that seems to be the biggest and only issue I have come across. It is very easy to integrate all apps that you currently are using and keep everything organized better.
If you are a smaller organization that has many apps and tools they utilize, I feel Rippling is the way to go. They also got us the best health insurance policies so if you are currently paying too much for too little, it is worth looking into what Rippling can offer your organization.
