Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We have had a great experience working with Rippling. It is a fantastic tool for onboarding new employees - makes it a breeze to do everything from offer letter signature, background checks all the way to benefits election in a matter of minutes all in one place. We also use it as the platform to manage time-off, benefits, key documents such as employee handbook on an ongoing basis. It is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend for organizations of any size.

Usability is great! That's where Rippling shines.
Does a great job at Employee Onboarding, Benefits management, Time-off management etc. We use other tools to manage recruiting, performance, goals etc. Would be great if Rippling is a tool that enables us to manage talent holistically instead of having to use 3-4 different tools.
