Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Used for payroll, benefits management, time off management, general company structure tracking, onboarding.

The system is simple and to the point, works great on mobile as well. Checking paystubs and managing benefit elections is very easy and quick. A huge reduction in HR effort vs traditional processes.

The only hiccup was that for some reason the health benefits provider couldn't or wouldn't process the forms produced by Rippling's output on initial enrollment, but it seemed to have been isolated to myself.
  • Payroll.
  • Onboarding.
  • Benefits management.
  • Transferring benefits elections to provider.
  • Reduced a typical onboarding time from a whole day (8h) to about 15 minutes on my phone.
  • Benefit election took less than 15 minutes.
  • Payroll worked immediately, the first time, with direct deposit, only days after inputting the information.
Similar features to Workday, simpler and smoother payroll and benefits election than Paychex. If faced with the choice I would personally go with Workday or Rippling, but Rippling certainly holds the crown for the most direct and simple interface from an employee perspective.

It is also easily accessed via the mobile app and is extremely responsive to selections.
Have not yet had to engage support for any reason.

Very simple to use from an employee perspective. Everything is descriptive, intuitive, and works quickly without issues.
Small to large business for simple HR management. A good alternative to Paychex and others.
