Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We utilize it as our PEO provider as well as our HR management platform.
  • Easy Time off and sick leave scheduling and review.
  • Great PEO service and payment dispersals.
  • Easy to use platform!
  • Limited functionality of the device management platform.
  • To-Do list sometimes leaves items lingering.
  • PEO has allowed us to focus on hiring and move HR off the plate of our COO.
Way simpler offering compared to Zenefits and TriNet. Also has additional ability to expand into device management and other services.
Good support in setup and throughout the process.

Clear layout and good UI.
Our organization wanted to shift away from our previous provider that started with a Z. We wanted better pay management and Time Off approval and management processes. Additionally, a full service PEO was clearly the right direction for us to move. We are glad we made the switch!
