Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

  • Sending and signing offer letters.
  • Enrolling in benefits.
  • Payroll.
  • Time off.
  • Probably other stuff as well!
  • Easy to use.
  • Great interface.
  • Concise and graphic-based email notifications/alerts.
  • Nothing comes to mind.
  • Creates great efficiencies so we can focus on the things that drive revenue.
Paycom was more confusing and less intuitive in terms of navigation. Rippling also has a more pleasing user interface.
I haven't needed to use because it's so intuitive! However, the support button is easy to find and it shows me 2 options: 1) an FAQs section and 2) asks me to reach out to my admin.

Keeping HR docs together in an easy, logical manner. At my last company, the HR information was always confusing to find and this navigation is very intuitive.
