Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across our entire organization. Rippling makes the administrative side of the business much easier. It simplifies onboarding new hires, provisioning machines, running payroll, filing state withholding taxes, etc. The genius in Rippling is the combining of traditionally disparate systems for HR, IT, and Accounting. Rippling makes it simple to get people to work in your organization.

  • Simplified administrative jobs so we have not had to hire as many people.
In comparing Rippling to Paycom, a few advantages stand out for Rippling. Rippling is a better user experience for Admins and employees. The UI is easy to navigate and intuitive. The Rippling UX is fun for employees compared to dull and administrative for Paycom. The Rippling tech support team is much quicker to respond than Paycom which required an email or phone call instead of a quick chat built in to the program.
The Rippling support team has always been quick to respond to my questions and capable of providing relevant answers. The self-help material is useful. The Account Management team reached out to me within a week of being hired to help me get acquainted with the product. Overall, I've had a great experience with Rippling support.

Rippling has a very user-friendly and intuitive user interface. The system layout is very logical and easy to use. The payday emails are fun and provide useful links to review your paystub. Employee onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding are easy to navigate. Reporting is configurable enough to get what you need.
Rippling is great for a small business that wants to have all HR, IT, and Payroll in one simple system. I work for a startup company, so it suits our needs. Larger organizations may find that more configuration is needed, but we have not come across any issues thus far. The support team is quick to respond via chat, so we can quickly resolve any rare problems that come up.
