Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has made it easy to complete all tax, benefits, and insurance forms. It is also incredibly easy to navigate and keep track of compensation, hours accrued and much more all in one. I feel It also promotes better communication between the employees and their HR department which is a big plus.

Pros

  • Keeps all documents nice and organized in their divided categories.

Cons

  • Message board would be a nice tool.
  • Better colors on UI.
  • Profile music.
  • Using their different SSO integrations makes it easy, even for custom apps.
  • Now, it's all-in-one with Rippling. I especially like the design of the website's dashboards.
This is a comprehensive platform that makes it easy to take time off work, download and review your pay stubs, communicate with your team on a communal message board and view your health insurance status, and more relating to your benefits.The platform is also very intuitive to use making the user experience easy and pinpoint-free. Rippling is just better at all of it.
I really have no dislikes for the product and haven't experienced any major issues or even hiccups when dealing with support. It is straightforward to use. I can go there and pick the subject head that I want to review, and all of it is laid out at my fingertips. Coming into this new position, I don't have to worry about being able to take care of things on my own.

Rippling centralized all HR & benefits into one simple to use place. The PEO saves us thousands a year on insurance costs. Rippling also always continues to add more compatible apps to the platform. Honestly, this is a wonderful platform and far better than any other platform I've used including ADP, & TriNet.
HR has always been full of processes that should be wholly and easily automated. Rippling is finally the one-stop-shop for all HR automation. It's all online (as it should be) and incredibly user-friendly. It is BOTH Payroll and HR and is reasonably priced.We recently switched from the nightmare that we call ADP and currently couldn't be happier. Any minor issue we've run has inevitably been user error; with training and knowledge of the Software's capabilities, I'm confident this is the last and only HR/Payroll we will ever need. I have no doubt it will save at least two headcounts but, more importantly, improve the quality of life of HR/Payroll employees and make a better Payroll and HR experience for all of our employees.
