I use Rippling to manage our employees, manage their time and their profiles.
- Virtual I9 Verification.
- Simplified, Easy Onboarding Process for Employees.
- Easy to Manage the time of employees.
- The ability to lock timecards (and prevent employees from entering hours after deadlines).
- The ability to do bulk uploads of employees (we are a staffing firm that sometimes staffs 50+ people on one assignment).
- Terminating people and re-hiring means the person will have to enter all their documents again, even if it's just been days between their assignments.
- It has allowed us to grow! To hire more people at a faster pace, and more easily.
- It has made our employees happier: by providing them with the ability to manage their profiles and paystubs.

ADP was not user-friendly. Creating reports was a hassle, managing employee profiles was difficult, etc. Switching to Rippling was an easy fix, and it made both administrators and employees feel a lot more confident. Rippling guides employees through onboarding, ADP simply imports their information. We really are so happy to have switched!

Rippling is so intuitive - believe me, when I say, if you are concerned that your admins are experiencing burnout, this will make their job (and yours too!) so much easier and better. If your admins are happy and feel they are set up for success, everyone else will benefit from it!
Rippling is wonderful for administrative use - it's fairly intuitive, and makes the on-boarding process so simple! It guides the employee by hand to complete their onboarding, so we don't have to. When I have had to onboard people, it only takes a few minutes to get them set up with an account. I think this may not be for everyone - especially smaller offices, who don't have as much of a concern for timesheet approvals, or hiring and offboarding of multiple people every week (as we do in our staffing firm).
