Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use rippling to track my PTO, Benefits (i.e. HSA account management), org structure, and application management.

Rippling combines all key info / documentation in once central repository
The company gets issues resolved quickly when they arise. I personally have not had issues but there have been times when certain things have caused issues that were resolved quickly for others.

Dashboard is very straight forward and structured well.
For employees to understand the org structure and who's who. Rippling also provides a centralized dashboard for payroll history, benefits overview, HSA management, tax document repo, and PTO management.
