Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling has been the best PEO option for us. I feel like it has been the difference between using a flip phone to an iPhone. There are so many apps and automation, the benefits marketplace has been awesome, and the customer support team and the tech team have been responsive and amazing. They even have made some customizations based on emerging needs that we've had. I really enjoy this tool.
- Rippling ATS is amazing - it really manages data and onboarding great. It gives our applicants a great first impression of us.

- Having one customer care point person is a great idea, except I keep forgetting that I need to put in a "ticket" and not go to them. This could be made clearer, or if our customer care person could just take our questions.
- We didn't need to hire for a whole position
- Our candidate experience is much improved based on the ATS and then how it transfers hired candidates' info directly into the platform
- Offboarding is professional and easy
