Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has made all forms of HR management so easy when it comes to letting my team know of important updates/documents/benefits offerings / etc. The interface is easy to understand, which allows little added direction from me when I ask others to either check / update items & documents.
  • Push notifications to emails include direct links
  • User interface isn't cluttered
  • Supervisors / Managers are provided alerts on team completion of documents
  • Updating benefits, if I miss something, I have to go "back" compared to having a list on the left-hand side
  • Ease of onboarding with new employees
  • Great notifications upon completion of tasks
Similar. Gusto can be a bit more "exciting / fun" to interact with when it comes to fun images / GIFS / etc. that can help you navigate around.
I've never had an issue through Rippling that either I or our HR team, was unable to handle on their own.

Things are not too cluttered, which I've experienced in other platforms so that's a big relief.
Rippling is great when it comes to updating the benefits offered by our organization. Rippling could do better in terms of providing additional space for company org charting as that interface can be a bit clunky when edits need to be made.
