Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

As an admin user here at Drift Net Securities, I use rippling to track employee attendance, to onboard and offboard employees, I also use it for insurance. Rippling has amazing add ons that you can bring right in like slack, google workplace, 15Five, Zoom, etc... For people that don't have admin access, and only have basic employee access they can submit time off they'd like to take, review previous pay stubs and check out birthdays throughout the year... Overall rippling is an awesome software to have

Pros

  • Managing time off and hours taken through out the year
  • Makes on boarding very easy
  • Compatible add ons that make your life super easy

Cons

  • Hard to find anything you guys need to improve on but if I were being picky I would say make more fun and creative home screen.
  • Rippling has only had a positive impact on the company here
  • We used to be with Gusto and it was constant payroll issues.
  • Ever since transitioning to rippling we have no ran into any issues with payroll
15 five has been amazing to have and is really helpful when you have it on your rippling interface. it helps you track individual performance as well as gives you a section to high five employees that may have done awesome that day! it lets you schedule one on ones and people usually feel more comfortable sharing how their week went when they can really sit down and think about it.
You guys are awesome at everything you! We used to have tons of payroll issues and your software has resolved that for us!

Super easy UI. If anything, maybe be more creative with the main home screen
