Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Integrated and extremely easy to use! It’s like Apple for Human Resources. Highly recommend.

Workday is best in class but Rippling is not far behind. I believe people want something intuitive and easy to use and find what they need. Both platforms seem to have that.

User friendly and that is key when all employees need to use the platform
Well suited for all human resource functions such as setting up benefits and general payroll information. Very easy onboarding for new employees
