Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Rippling for payroll, benefits, PTO, and time off/vacation management. It's wonderful. It keeps track of everything including tax information and is always user-friendly and accessible for updating. Our admin is someone in our own HR dept as well as someone available by email at Rippling itself. We all like it a lot.

benefits elections are made easily. I was unable to cancel my jury duty request after the fact when I was dismissed from the jury after one day even though I had requested 3 days. I never did get those days back because the app wouldn't let me.. not that I mattered because it's not like I was going to need them anytime soon. also, I went to work anyway.
