Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the current platform my employer uses to manage payroll, insurance benefits, PTO, etc. I'm a HUGE fan of the platform because it's incredibly user-friendly and has a clean + welcoming aesthetic. I love that I'm able to manage all of my HR needs directly through the platform as an employee, not to mention the convenience of being able to access it via my phone on the go.

  • Great at sending regular reminders of upcoming tasks that are due.
  • Love the convenience of being able to access the app on my phone while on the go.
  • One thing that I don't like about Rippling is that it sends an email notification to the HR department if you change your tax withholdings status, dependents, or allowances. I feel like that information should be kept private and it isn't required to notify HR.
I've used Gusto as an employee at a previous - I did not like the interface at all and felt it was unnecessarily cluttered and not intuitive, whereas Rippling is the complete opposite.
While I've not had to directly contact Rippling's support desk as of yet, I'm sure that if I ever have to in the future, I'll get top-tier support, as my user experience with the platform has been A1 from the very beginning.

It's the most user friendly + intuitive HR platform I've used so far as an employee.
Rippling is great for needing to submit sick time at the last minute if you're not feeling well. It also makes it extremely easy to request PTO/vacation time off, even months in advance. I love being able to see the amount of future PTO hours I'll have available and being able to submit for PTO against that balance, even if it hasn't accrued yet.
