Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My organization uses Rippling to manage payroll, benefits and learning. We are not large enough to have a dedicated HR department to do the onboarding and logistics every time we hire someone and Rippling fills in this gap wonderfully. I can access the information on my work computer and my phone which makes it so easy to track everything I need to do. I get daily reminders of items I need to complete and I can manage my day much easier with Rippling.

  • having to do a MFA everytime I log in from the same source is frustrating
  • The reminders should come at random times of the day
  • it seems like it is hard to talk to someone at Rippling as just an employee
  • this is not my area, but it has saved me from bothering my manager

it is easy to use and offers multiple ways to use it, both through the app and through the computer
The best thing for me is the payroll, I can see when I get paid on my app on my phone, I can adjust which account I get paid into and I have a history of payments on my personal device. I really also liked the non specific training I could do either on my phone (hipaa compliance, etc) the onboarding monotonous training the has nothing to do with my actual job was so much easier through Rippling then when I had to do it on my work computer for other companies the only item I struggle with is the constant MFA. I wish I could at least set up my face ID on my phone.
