Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In our company, Rippling is used for payroll, employee benefits enrollment as well as tracking tax record tracking.
  • Explaining insurance plan's details
  • Affiliating with different apps
  • Simple and clear UI
  • Drug screening did not show all details in dashboard
  • New employee had to contact by phone to find out registration number with lab
Paychex and ADP, but not as modern design as Rippling
I gave Rippling's support team a ten because it's awesome.
