Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling takes a very fundamental role in our organization, as you would expect an HR tool to do. We use it for SSO, payroll, time off, org chart, benefits, and many other things. I believe we ended up switching to Rippling because it was better equipped with the HR tools for a scaling business than our previous choice.
- Benefit Selector.
- UI/UX Simplicity.
- SSO
- UI - Some Things in the Navigation are too Small to be Tabs.
- UI - No Support for Dark Mode.
- Reliability - SSO Outage two weeks ago.
- Rippling outage recently slowed me down because of SSO availability.
- Rippling Time Off Calendar Makes it Real easy to see who is out for the day. This is helpful in tracking when I need to get to someone before they are out on PTO.
- Our HR team has been repetitively sharing how much Rippling has helped with our taxes and benefits.
Rippling is similar to Gusto in presentation and features, and I loved Gusto. I was very sad when I heard we were switching to Rippling, but I was very pleasantly surprised when it measured up in UI/UX presentation, responsiveness, and features. It is also very useful to now have our Hr services and SSO all in one place.
