Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and time off.
  • Payroll - both domestic and international
  • Quick, helpful chat service
  • Device management
  • Sales team is a little pushy, sell you things you don't really need
  • Contracts lock you into a certain user count (can't downgrade if you let go of people)
  • Saved us money on international payroll vs. Deel
  • Make onboarding and offboarding super seamless
Rippling covers more ground so I can get all my HR and payroll stuff done in one place for all employees
I think their HR advisor team and chat support is helpful.

Has a couple kinks in the workflows but in general very easy to use.
Rippling really helped us out by accommodating our global payroll. They support international employees and contractors in tons of different countries
