Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our all-in-one platform for payroll, HR, recruiting, learning and development, and benefits across the entire company.
  • Ease of use overall
  • PEO/Benefits administration is comprehensive, quick and uncomplicated
  • Access to a rep and other professionals to answer questions and address issues
  • Easily scalable and affordable
  • PEO options are incredibly affordable
  • Would be useful to have an option to request assistance with retroactively completing tax docs in other states.
  • It has allowed us to offer a comprehensive benefits package essential to attracting and keeping top talent.
Rippling is much more comprehensive and easier to set up. It has a wide range of integrations.
The support team is one of the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is friendly, eager to help and invested in improving the user experience.

It allows you to provide the comprehensive support employees need without a large in-house support team. It also has an easy-to-use ATS that empowers recruiters and non-recruiters alike as they build out their talent function and hiring pipeline. The reps and support team at Rippling are exceptional. Whether it's resolving technical issues or just answering a benefits question, their friendliness, timeliness and willingness to help is refreshing and very much appreciated.
