Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for payroll services in the US as well as for subsidiary outside the US. We also use rippling for expense reimbursement to our employees, credit card management and HRIS system. There is no payroll service providers which offers full range payroll services including credit card management. Our business problems was that there is no one system which has HRIS system also and sync with our ERP and Shareholder management tool. We evaluated many tools and no one crossed all the check marks which we wanted. We are so glad that we implemented Rippling which has incredible UI and amazing customer service.

  • We used credit card management where we received cash back
Rippling has one of the best UI, customer service was incredible, lot more offerings for the value of money we are paying to them. We also noted that other service providers HRIS system was not as great as Rippling where it can connect with ERP (without syncing errors) and Shareholder management tools. No other service provider offered credit card offerings
Customer service is incredible. We have had no issues in implementation. We can build the report with ease and according to different needs of different departments. Never had any issues and I will rate their customer services is one of the best compared to other payroll service providers.

Very easy to use. One can go on their support portal and build the report and look for all the questions in their glossary. Also if you are not able to build the report of find the questions you can contact their service support and they come on zoom in just 2 minutes.
Rippling is suited for all the start up from 5 employees to 10000 employees. It provides a single source of truth for all the payment related to employees whether it is payroll or expense reimbursement. Rippling's HRIS system is incredible and offers services for countries where they are not providing services like Germany.
