Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling mainly for expense management, benefits management and for time off. It keeps these functions under one roof and easily accessible, while offering a very intuitive UI.

Pros

  • Clean layout
  • Efficient emailed reports
  • Great mobile functionality
  • Detailed reporting

Cons

  • Allow users to set custom reports to be emailed to them at intervals
  • Rippling provides nearly 100% submittal for mileage expenses to ensure we don’t miss deadlines
  • Rippling helps us create better employ survey engagement
  • Rippling ensures all members are participating in review cycles
Rippling is much more user friendly and intuitive. The UI is a lot easier to use, it does not have drops or usage issue and can be easily accessed via mobile or desktop.

I’ve never had any issue navigating or using the product. Applications are clear and concise and leave nothing to interpretation.
Rippling is very well suited for HR onboarding, payroll management and expense management. It helps keep everything easily accessible and easy to use. The onboarding process especially was very quick, clean and efficient.
