Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as a payroll system in our company, provides updates for the organization. Gives out updates, notifications and news about what to expect in the company and with your salary. The finance team also have an ease using and dispatching information needed for every employee, since Rippling gives out easy access to company information.

Pros

  • Organizing company branch chart
  • Profile for every employee, where all links related are efficiently displayed
  • Payroll services that are up to date always
  • Fun and witty caricatures whenever news are provided

Cons

  • Access to different gadgets, sometimes it takes quite a while to pull up.
  • Looking too much I guess, but it's just plain. No other employee perk beyond what it used to be.
  • The website is too simple.
  • I think I may not know this, but I think this needs an app for Android and IOS.
  • Ease of levelling in an employee's view of perspective

As a summary, Rippling provides innovative approach on simple things that you could do for your company. Maximizing the things that you could do for your company using things that are has a point and click action provides more than you could imagine. Sometimes, simple can be as much. And sometimes, having simple things available for your disposal provides simple yet complete results.
I mean nobody's perfect that's why I will and would not provide a perfect score, but so far the ease of having Rippling's arsenal of support, leads the company setup and execution to its current stable state. And I just can't hope for anything that would provide more but would just leave you hanging.

As mentioned from my previous inputs, if I could put a perfect score to everything that I grade, I would, but then again, nothing is perfect in this world. There would always be room for improvement, but so to speak, I know for sure that I am well satisfied, my clients are satisfied, the employees are satisfied, and I do believe the whole company improves and is well taking advantage of how useful Rippling is. Then who am I to not provide good credit to where credit is due.
Though I mentioned a couple of things about how the platform can improve, I am a fan of simplicity, what may strike to others as plain and simple, can be overwhelming for someone like me. As far as functionality is concerned, I would always recommend something that is giving click and work function rather than, not giving any result at all.
