Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling daily to track my work hours, the break time, I can also look for the number of hours I have available to take days off, and search for documents from the company such as the contract and others. Is very simple to use and works correctly most of the times

Pros

  • Counting working hours
  • Saving company's documents
  • Checking the available hours for Time-off
  • Being able to use it on computer or mobile device

Cons

  • Sometimes the changes don't charge properly, and you have to reload the web page again
  • When the changes on the tracking system aren't saved
  • Sometimes you need to reload the web page several times to make a change on the platform
Rippling has more functions added than to only tracking working hours, and is very useful that each company can change their settings are they best suit them
Every time that I have had an issue with the platform this gets fixed in minutes, and you can use the platform correctly again

I use it daily without any issues during my working hours and I know the information saved is accurate
It is very useful for tracking the time you work, when you're remote so your supervisor knows how much time you're working, punctuality, the time you take for breaks. Is useful for the user to also track your own working time, and the available time you have for time-off or vacations, I used it as well to firm my contract with the company I'm currently in, and I know that each company can set the functions as it is best suited for them
