Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling solves most of my problems. It seamlessly processes international payroll, and its customer support team is also helpful with their replies. Our organization uses Rippling for payroll and leave approvals. It also syncs with other tools and applications seamlessly. Rippling's UI/ UX is also easy to use and understand. The mobile application also runs fine on my iOS device. Rippling has tons of features that the organization can use.

Cons

  • In the payroll, if we get a transaction ID to track out payments would be great.
  • In some origination, all the features are not used, so if we remove the features that are not in use would be a plus

I would love compare Asana with Rippling. Both of them have different features. Rippling goes beyond project management and acts as a centralized HRIS and IT system. It allows businesses to manage employee records, payroll, benefits, devices, and software all from one platform. For companies that need to streamline HR, payroll, and IT processes without using multiple tools, Rippling offers significant convenience. Rippling is better for businesses needing an all-in-one solution for employee data, benefits, and IT management.
I rated Rippling 8 because, although I received an initial response quickly regarding my payment delay, the follow-up took longer after I provided more details. While the issue was eventually resolved, I would have appreciated an explanation for the delay, especially since it occurred over the weekend, which may have contributed to the delayed response.

I rated Rippling 8 because our organization doesn’t use all the available features, so I can’t fairly comment on those I haven’t experienced. However, the features I have used have been excellent. If customer support were further improved, this could become the best platform overall. I will highly recommend everyone to use Rippling for its simplicity and good customer experience.
The best part about Rippling is their international payroll processing; it is simply flawless. We can track our payments; the one thing I would want the Rippling team to add is the tracking ID in the PDF so that we can track our payments with our banks. Also, while downloading the PDF, we should get all the details about the payment, from employee to employee, and the amount, with the bank details.
