Rippling is best when it come to leave management and Performance review management because i can track my leaves perfectly and see and plan for any vacations and the performance appraisals. Sending the timely remainders so that the employee can't miss the dead line which is very important and we can keep the polls regarding the events who will be attending and get the exact count
