As an employee, I use Rippling to handle everything related to my payroll and absence management.I can check my pay stubs, my tax documents, and even update my bank account at will.Additionally, I can request vacation or sick days in just a few steps.Basically, Rippling allows me to have control over my data and allows me to make changes and requests more quickly.

What I liked most about Rippling is the ability to set up my payroll to my liking. I changed my payroll deposit account in just a few minutes, they even made a small deposit into the new account to verify that everything was okay. Best of all, they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Transparent and timely communication is key for me.
