Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling system has good reputation
within Australia market; also it has its benefits for non-for-profit organisations
in terms of the discounts (i.e. cost per user per module per year with the
special discount for the non-for-profit organisations) - financial component;

great
customer support and ongoing check-ins.We are focused predominantly on HR
Core, Learning and Development, Survey, and Performance Management.

As mentioned earlier, Rippling system has good reputation within Australia market. The system has great customer support and ongoing check-ins
with assigned key account managers. It also has a strong (according to the IT feedback) cybersecurity and privacy setting that ensures that the employee details (staff files, personal data, contact details, licenses and certificates, etc.) are stored securely and are not compromised.

As mentioned earlier, the Rippling system has a good
reputation within Australian market. The interface and ‘façade’ of the
system is user friendly, visible,e and colorful for individuals who are coming
from various technically savvy (and not so technically skillful) workforce. The features and tabs in the modules
are graphically well designed that allows navigating thru the system very easy.
Also to our knowledge, Rippling has a mobile phone apps for those who do not
access the system from a computer.
