Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In [...], Rippling is mostly used for HR related works.
I joined my organization 1 year back and every month I use Rippling to apply for leaves and work from home request. My reporting manager can see all my request immediately and he can approve it.
Even in our organization, for the yearly goal setting we use Rippling portal. Our management can decide on the questions they want to ask to employees for Goal setting.

Using Rippling

They use it for applying for leave, work from home & to check the workflow of the leave approval process.
Managers used it for seeing how many pending approval is there in his/her bucket.
Also, One can see the organizational structure to understand the team & position of any individual.
We can see count of holidays, leave balance for logged in employee.
