Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for a multitude of functions. From benefits to pay information this is a terrific resource for our team to mange their own work related information. HR will use this platform to communicate with the entire staff from upcoming events to making sure open enrollment is being completed on time. Furthermore, the people directory is very beneficial to looking up employee information.

  • Remove Past Approvals over 6 Months Old

We are using Deputy for our clocking in/out and track scheduling. This was a choice made by our production management team. Prior to having Rippling our HR and Accounting departments did everything through email. This was a bit chaotic and less organized. Often times employees would be missed on important communication. Rippling has fixed those errors for us!

Whether you are using the app or website the usability of rippling is easy. We employee individuals are various age groups with various tech abilities and they all find it easy to use. I have often heard employees saying how nice it is to have access to their information whenever they need it. Especially now during tax season!
It is user friendly and accessible at any time for all employees. The ease of access is a real game changer and eliminates the need to contact HR or other managers. The software is an all in one program for us that allows our employees access to their information as well as contact info for people they work with on a regular basis.
