Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our HR guru! We use it for onboarding tasks, seeing and enrolling in benefits, logging time off/requesting time off, observing paychecks ~ with detail on what it left out for Medicare, Social Security, Federal Income Tax, Dental/Medical Deductions, tax documents, as well as our company org chart!

Pros

  • Combines a lot of resources into one
  • Easy to request time off
  • Visible paychecks with details

Cons

  • We have uploaded our own learning courses but maybe having some general videos in there
  • Notifications are a little too consistent
  • nothing else
I've used workday/ADP in the past (when I worked at CoStar, CBRE) and while it was great for seeing paychecks and requesting time off, I also had to use the company website to see the organization chart, another website to see benefits, and another website for trainings and learnings.
I've had some exposure to other HR platforms and I've said this before, but I think Rippling does a good job combining several resources (ie. benefits, pay information, taxes, learning, time off, etc.) into one. This combination has made it easier to navigate as a new employee and I'm sure the more veteran employees enjoy it too!

I believe there was a training before I used the product initially, which showed me where I can find everything. I also like that I get notifications directly to my email so I don't miss anything important! The website is easy to navigate and I like that everything is centralized into one area (under Tools).
Rippling is great! I'm new to the company, but I'm used to looking at several company websites to see organization chart, payroll, request time off, and training videos. I enjoy how everything is combined! My only request would probably be if there could be some more general videos in the platform - learning courses - similar to Linkedin.
