Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as our payroll provider, our Human Resource Information System, and our Applicant tracking system. We switched from another platform that didn't manage our employee profiles as well and didn't have an ATS included. By switching to Rippling we were able to cut back from 3 separate systems and costs down to just one system.

Rippling was able to do all they they could do and more. And better. A major plus for us has also been the responsiveness from Rippling that we didn't get from customer support before.
The AI chat can be very helpful and if it is not able to resolve the issue, they are able to quickly connect you with an agent over chat or email.

It is definitely easier to use than most systems but it has its bugs here and there. These are usually easily addressed by Rippling support.
Rippling was quite easy to set up. They had an integration team that met with us weekly to make sure we were payroll ready and had the resources to manage our employees, the applicant tracking system and so much more. After using other systems, I can confidently say Rippling blows them out of the water.
