Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use it to help track customer touches to set sales appointments. It covers gaps left by Salesforce.

  • tracking touches (calls / emails / other)
  • setting follow up tasks
  • better integration with Salesforce
  • attachments with email
  • continue to add new features as you have
  • helped to close new deals that might not have come in otherwise
Our reps and contacts have always been responsive and resourceful. Web trainings were helpful.
I was not involved in integration, but like that emails copy over to Salesforce.
