Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
It is being used by the sales team for lead management, outbound phone calls, email cadences, and ensuring touch points across channels. Multiple teams across the organization are utilizing SalesLoft for these efforts. The business problems that SalesLoft is solving are organizational and technology based. It is easy to keep my leads organized, make sure that they are getting touched across emails and social media and getting called. The analytics portion helps me see my team's performance as a whole and helps to measure success.

- Cannot see total calls connected
- Not enough filter/sort options
- Often times the dial-out for outbound calls is delayed
- The analytics section has helped me realize what the best times are to dial out
- The cadences section has helped me stay organized and not lose touch on any contacts
- The email capability allows me to send 100s of emails in minutes
Tony and Lindsey have been excellent support staff in assisting us with our needs and challenges. They are great with proactive reach out to make sure we have everything we need and that we are maximizing every aspect of the tool. They are great educators as well as facilitators.
