Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
We use SalesLoft as a way for the team to automate tasks and activities based upon the sales/customer cycle. Mainly used for the calendar, bcc, and cadences.
Pros

Cons
- Two-way sync to Salesforce
- Logic rules
- Support after implementation
- Better team involvement for pre-event drivers
- Standardized touches
During implementation the team was sure to walk you thorough every step. Our IC was key to the setup.
- Outreach
I'd say they are both key players. Outreach is more of a technical tool where SalesLoft has doubled down on Partnerships and integrations. Make sure you have mapped out your tech stack and data flow before deciding on either. Personally, for my org, I'd prefer SalesLoft due to the integration with more tools.
