Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used by the majority of our sales team. We use it to make the sales process function better, gather more data on our sales outreach, and because it patches a lot of the issues we have with the clunky, outdated Salesforce interface. The user experience and interface are leagues ahead.
  • The onboarding process was stellar and the best I have seen.
  • The user experience and interface are amazing and intuitive. It's easy to pick up and use.
  • I have yet to find any complaints, honestly.
  • Improved Productivity.
  • Improved Analytics + Tracking.
Throughout the entire onboarding process, we had multiple sessions involving various parts of SalesLoft, including a catch-all session to ask any questions we still had at the end. I can honestly say it was the best onboarding/training I have been a part of, and we left with zero doubt or questions on how to use the tool.
The user experience in the first place is extremely intuitive. Paired with the training we received in our onboarding, there were zero issues in setting up. The only integration issues lie on Salesforce's end, as I wish that more of SalesLoft's functionality could be replicated in their CRM directly.
SalesLoft blows them out of the water. It is essentially everything you'd expect Salesforce to be, but without the CRM side of things. It makes it hard to go back to the clunky workarounds and presentation in this software after using SalesLoft.
If you use Salesforce, get SalesLoft. It takes the giant, clunky beast that is Salesforce and tames it as much as possible. I hope they expand into a full CRM because I'd use it in a heartbeat. Everything looks and feels like it should, and the onboarding and support team is stellar. I'd only not recommend it if your company is not yet ready to take advantage of analytics or have a high enough sales volume to justify purchasing yet.
