Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

Each department in our company utilizes the system with different areas of priority. However, as a BDR, this system is critical in keeping my daily activity focused and organized to maximize task productivity. It allows me to conveniently map the progress with each potential client by tracking connections and setting reminders to reduce human error.
  • Modify cadences to our company needs.
  • Search specific accounts or contacts easily.
  • I wish there was a better way to post a note in the activity log.
  • Edits that I make to the previous call log do not show up on the main screen unless I look under the edit button.

SalesLoft has given us the opportunity to find and review tasks that may have initially been set but then were incomplete or missed as staff changes have occurred. We are then able to pick up where a former account contact was left off with hopefully minimal disruption to client service due to the tracking and report features in SalesLoft.
We use SaleLoft and Salesforce in conjunction with one another to manage prospects. To have both of these systems work together is critical in saving me time with data entry regarding clients or their respective accounts. The additional feature of having recorded phone conversations can also save me from errors if any specific data is misheard. It is simply a matter of reviewing a conversation to correct or confirm the information.
Having no real prior personal experience in sales or software systems, I do not have additional comparisons of other software at this time. However, the ease of use in learning SalesLoft has enabled me to learn the system relatively easy and without much additional direction either from co-workers or support. I appreciate the user-friendly format.
SalesLoft is well suited for the cadence tracking we use it for. It allows me not only to track my activity levels with my prospects but also shows where or how they have responded to my contact with them by tracking email views and such. This allows me to better customize my work activities and increases the success of my activity.
