Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

It is used in by the sales team here at Mavenlink. I would say about 100 users or so. It streamlines and consolidates the outreach process. It allows you an area to build out and plan your outreach. It makes it easy to collaborate with other members of the sales staff as well.

To be honest, I have yet to experience any problems with SalesLoft that require me to reach out to the support staff.
SalesLoft's integration with our CRM and prospecting tools here at Mavenlink are exceptional. It genuinely streamlines the sales/outreach cycle. It is very easy to use and definitely improves the efficiency and productivity of the sales team here. I love the SalesLoft plugin too. It is extremely helpful and I do not see us switching off anytime soon.
Here at Mavenlink, we use Salesforce as a CRM, ZoomInfo as a lead generation tool, and Chorus.ai. We used to use LeadIQ as a lead generation tool, however, we were experiencing difficulties with their data quality. Often times, LeadIQ would generate incorrect information regarding the prospect. We also use Sales Navigator.
It is a great tool for a large sales staff. Here at Mavenlink, sales are quite collaborative and it is important to stay on the same page in terms of outreach. You definitely do not want to be stepping on anybody's feet while reaching out to clients. Salesloft does a great job with that.
